The palazzo, looking
on via Toledo, the most populous and merry street in the
world, said Stendhal, is part of the city’s history,
with the changes in its proprietorship and the architectonic
modifications, the lost decorations and the recovered ones,
the events which have brought it from its originary seventeenth-century
aspect to the present one.
A virtual itinerary A virtual walk in the halls of the palazzo, across the rooms
where the visitor is welcome; he or she is accompanied among
the frescoes and the stuccos by Giuseppe Cammarano, Gennaro
Maldarelli and Gennaro Aveta, towards the discovery of the
works exhibited in the Gallery.
